Any personal information we have (usually phone numbers from sessions) will be deleted from our systems within 60 days Unless there are multiple planned consultations or follow-up/check ins times is longer than 60 days by mutual consent.
 Third party retention of information/data (Google/Gmail, Social media platforms, Scheduling, email lists) is controlled by their privacy policies. At no time does this business hold payment information, it is all done through third party portals like PayPal/Stripe or the merchant account used to process your payment.
If on the mailing list, you may change or remove yourself firm the mailing list at any time, this deletes your information firm their system. You are the one who must initiate removal from the mailing list by using the unsubscribe button.
Ancient Crossroads Internet Marketing uses Keap/Infusionsoft as it's mailing list provider. Please see their GDPR policy on their site regarding how they handle this information.

We do not share your information with third parties not involved with providing service to you (pay portals, mailing lists, social media platforms) that you have chosen to initiate in order to do business with this business in order to do business with us.
